Coaching and Mentoring
One to one coaching is a very effective way for experienced (and not so experienced) fundraisers to develop and progress towards solutions to difficult situations within their programs. By setting aside time to collaboratively discuss issues and ideas, I will help you to reconnect to the passion that led you to work in the not for profit sector and grow as a Fundraising professional.
Fundraising Training
New to fundraising and don’t know where to begin? Perhaps you are about to go into Campaign mode and want to motivate your Trustees to become more effective fundraisers. Or are you struggling to move your donors through a giving pipeline? I will tailor a fundraising training program to your needs and ensure every person connected to your organisation is equipped with the skills, knowledge and confidence to raise transformative funds.
Strategy and Development
Grounding our collaborative work in the vision and mission of your charity, I will work with you on every step of your campaign plan. From acquisition to engagement and through to retention, I will support you and your organisation to develop a strategy that generates impactful income while cultivating long term relationships with your donors.
